Episode 12 - Trial By Red Eyes
As Joey's Battleguards dominates the field Rex keeps the the confidence on his
face. Rex sets a monster in def. Joey sends one of his Battleguards to bash it.
Tristan says that Joey hs this in the bag sice he took out the Serpent Knight
Dragon. Rex says that the previous dragon wasn't his most powerful monster. He
draws and plays the Red Eyes Black Dragon and everyone is stunned. He equips the
Red Eyes with Dragon Nails to boost it up to 3000, it atks and incenerates to
club weilders. Joeyknows that there are no monsters inhis deck that could defeat
the REBD and sees no way out of this. Rex then make the biggist mistake of this
duel and proposes that they make a bet. He says that the winner gets all the
cards on the feild. Joey then realizes the Time Wizard he set and agrees. but
then he makes the Wizard his weapon of choice. He orders Time Wizard to spin the
time roulette to determine a time warp or a selfdestruct. At the end was a time
warp turning the REBD into a fossil. So Joey won the duel and the REBD. After
the duel the group looks for some food only to find a poison mushroom and Joey
trys to eat it. Then Mai shows up and offers the group food but Joey asks for a
reason to trusts her. Mai replies telling him its either her or that mushroom.
Mai tells the boys to do some chores and tells Tai that theres a shower near by
if she wants to freshen up. As the group sit by the fire eating Mai goes out for
a walk. And then that when Bakura makes his apperance. As they sit down they
talk about their favorite cards. Joey(Flame Swordsman), Tristan(Cyber
Commander), Yugi(Dark Magician), Tai(Magician of Faith), and Bakura(Change of
Hearts). Bakura then says they should have a duel for fun and everyone should
put their favorite cards in Yugi's Deck. As they begin Bakura shows his
Millenium Ring and takes them to the Shadow Realm. The group's souls are removed
from their bodies and the flash of the souls go into Yugi's Deck. As Bakura
steps over to get the Millenium puzzle the other Yugi appears and say that if he
wants the Puzzle he will have to duel for it.
